With over 20 years of experience, Andrew Valderrama created this unique firm that combines Finance, Real Estate, Construction, Design, Architecture, and Management resources all under one source, facilitating the clients’ business experience.

Andrew graduated in 2002 here in West Palm Beach and immediately after pursued his passion in construction. Throughout the years, Andrew’s ambition allowed him to obtain significant knowledge in construction, and in 2006 he started his own construction company. In 2008, Andrew went into a joint venture with his brother and has built ANATOM Construction Company to be today a well-known, successful, and reputable construction company. Their collaboration has grown ANATOM to departmentalize in different divisions specializing in private, commercial, municipal, and federal construction.

As the project executive for ANATOM Construction Company, Andrew oversees all aspects of operations including staffing assignments, initial project planning, cost and schedule analysis, owner and subcontractor negotiations, and employee training. 

Years as being a dedicated professional in the construction industry, Andrew became a real estate agent. He knew construction and real estate go hand in hand, so he figured he should use his construction knowledge to build in the real estate market.  So far, his experience, cost analysis, and resources have been a tremendous asset for clients seeking to either purchase, sell, invest, build, construct, and/or renovate in real estate. It allows them to make the best-informed decision.
